What are Glue
Dots?
There are Standard Glue Dots for industrial/commercial
users, and there are Glue Dots for Crafts, Home, Office,
Workshop, which come in sheets and typically in lower
quantities.
Standard Glue
Dots are available in 3
"Profiles" (Low, Medium and High) and 4
"Tack Levels" (Low Tack, Medium Tack, High
Tack and Super High Tack). Standard Glue Dots can be purchased
in 1/2" or 3/4" diameters.
"Profile" refers to the thickness
of the Glue Dot. "Low" profile Glue Dots are thin, commonly
used
for bonding flat items. "Medium" and "High" profiles are best
suited for round or irregularly shaped objects.
|
 |
"Tack Level" refers to the
aggressiveness
of the adhesive. For instance, "Super High Tack" creates a
permanent bond on paper surfaces, whereas "Low" or "Medium" tacks
are considered removable. |
 |
|
Standard Glue Dots are sold in 4000 count rolls in a box dispenser,
and 1,500 Dot rolls without a box. You choose
the Tack level and Profile in your order.
