Please fill out e-mail form in its entirety.  A short description of what your particular application must be included in order to cater your sample to your particular application as there are many types of Glue Dots. Due to the high volume of requests..requests can be processed quicker if a self addressed stamped envelope is sent to us.  Samples can take up to 8 weeks
